Jennifer Lopez & Marc Anthony Split. After seven years of marriage, Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony have decided to divorce. Both also agreed to announce the news.
"We have decided to end our marriage," the couple said in a joint statement quoted by Hollyscoop on Saturday (16/07/2011).
"This is a very difficult decision. Until we finally get a peaceful conclusion to all this," continued the two.
Sources close to the couple said that the issue of trust into the underlying reasons for their divorce plans. "This is a painful time for all involved. And we respect the privacy of the moment," said the source.
JLo and Marc Anthony were married in June 2004 and has two children twins Max and Emme (3 years). The couple looked happy. However, during the final episode of American Idol, the news blows if the affair between the couple may have occurred since 2008.

Anthony's second marriage took place as recently divorced former Miss Universe Dayanara Torres, while JLo has just broken up with fiance Ben Affleck.
"We realize this is like betting in Vegas, we will be divorced at the age of five years of marriage," joked Anthony told Us Weekly at the time.
This is the third divorce JLo. Previously, he had married Ojani Noa in 1997 and re-married to dancer Cris Judd in 2001.
